"Emotion is the key determinant of change."
EFT helps you develop deeper emotional awareness and the capacity to work with difficult feelings rather than avoiding them. By accessing and processing core emotions, lasting change becomes possible.
"Emotion is the key determinant of change."
Founded by Dr. Sue Johnson and Les Greenberg, EFT emerged in the 1980s as a response to the lack of clearly defined interventions for working with emotions in therapy. It is grounded in attachment theory and has become the gold standard for couples therapy.
Neuroscience confirms that emotion is fundamental to human functioning and decision-making. EFT works by accessing the amygdala—the brain's fear center—to rewire emotional responses, creating deep and lasting change in how we relate to ourselves and others.
Our Framework
Emotions aren't random; they have a logic. We use these three stages to help you process difficult feelings and arrive at a new, more adaptive emotional destination.

Validating your emotional reality without judgment.
Taking ownership of your emotional needs.
Understanding how early bonds shape current feelings.
We use EFT to reach the heart of the matter, providing the emotional foundation essential for relationship repair and trauma recovery.
Emotions hold wisdom. Let's explore what yours are trying to tell you.
