About Mary DiOrio, LCSW
Deeply experienced.
Two decades of care.
I am a psychotherapist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). I tailor treatment to each client with care and intention, blending structure with depth, and insight with compassion.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as adjunct faculty at Columbia University School of Social Work, where I teach advanced practice classes and eating disorder treatment.
